What do I wear to the sessions?
It is recommended that you wear loose fitting clothes. Shorts are recommended for lower body problems. Sleeveless tops are recommended for upper body problems. We may require you to partially undress to assess and treat your issues.
Can a friend or relative accompany me?
You are welcome to have a friend or family member in the treatment room should you wish.
What should I expect from my first visit?
On the initial visit ,we will do a thorough assessment, beginning with a chat about your issues and your general health. Following this, a physical assessment will identify the affected tissues.
Do you do home visits?
Yes, this can be arranged. Please contact us for more information.
